Service Summary: Officer Michael David Moore grew up in Middletown, Ohio. He served in the U.S. Marines from 1982 to 1986. Moore was a ten-year veteran of the Garland Police Department when he was shot and killed while responding to suspicious person call that turned out to be a planned bank robbery.
